CONCEPT:
This is a project designed to enhance the safety
of young children, from the ages of 2 to 16, of either sex, and to make the locating of any such children who get separated
from their parents or group a lot easier to find.
This
project, upon implementation, will enhance the attraction of the selected Californian Beaches to the general public at no
cost to the local authority, and has proven to work where it has been implemented elsewhere.
It has been enthusiastically
and fully endorsed by the American Lifeguard Association, whose letter of endorsement is attached to this page.
